Compensation & Benefits:

• Exceptional Earning Potential: Average 4-day/week Endodontist earns $800,000 annually (based on $8,000/day production, 50 weeks).

• Highly Competitive Pay Structure: 45–50% of adjusted production
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school; Endodontics specialty training
\n
• Completion of CODA-accredited Endodontics program.
\n
• Licensure: Eligible for (or active) AZ dental license; credentialing fully supported
\n
• Skillset: Proficiency in all phases of endodontics, including complex retreatments and microsurgery; excellent patient communication.
\n
• Experience: Open to new or experienced Endodontists. Robust mentorship available for new grads, with immediate exposure to referral base and the full spectrum of endodontic procedures.
