Locum (or Locum to Perm) Dentist Opportunity – Fort Wayne, IN

We’re seeking a General Dentist for a clinic in Fort Wayne, IN. If you’re looking for a supportive environment and have the availability in your schedule, this could be a great fit!

Dates: ASAP - ideally looking for temp to perm

Schedule:

3-4 days per week

Monday: 8a-5p

Tuesday: 8a-5

Thursday: 7a-3p

Friday: 7a-2p

Pay: Starting at $125-$135/hour

Requirements: Active DEA with all schedules and CSD (if required by the state)

Support Staff: 2 FT RDH and 3 PT, 1 DA 1 FDC 1 OM

What you’ll do:

• Preventive care, comprehensive exams, restorative care
\n
• Fillings, crowns, bridges, surgical extractions, RCTs, dentures
\n
• Cosmetic dentitry - whitening, bonding, sculpting, veeners
\n
