We’re looking for a confident and experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team at a pediatric and orthodontic dental practice in Austin, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled dental assistant who thrives in both pediatric and ortho settings and is ready to take on a leadership role.

About the Role:
\n As the Lead Combo RDA, you'll work closely with both the pediatric and orthodontic teams to support daily clinical operations, provide exceptional patient care, and lead by example. We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for working with children and families.

Schedule:
\n Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Need:
\n Required Certifications:

Active Texas RDA License

Nitrous Monitoring Certification

Sealant Certification

Coronal Polishing Certification

Experience & Skills:

Clinical experience in both pediatric and orthodontic dentistry

Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures

Leadership experience or potential to step into a lead role

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Reliable, professional, and organized with a child-friendly demeanor
