\n21% adults, 12% geriatrics, 2% Peds, 65% Medicare/Medicaid\n
\nLicenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license preferred, not required, BC, DEA/CSR, BLS, ACLS, 2+ years of ORS surgery experience required\n
