We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established and growing healthcare organization in the High Desert region of Southern California. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team in a busy urgent care setting.

Position Highlights

    Compensation: $85–$100/hour, based on experience

  • \n

    Schedule: 14 shifts/month, 12-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)

  • \n

    Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month (flexible scheduling available)

  • \n

    Holiday Requirement: 3 observed holidays annually

    • \n
  • \n

    Practice Setting: Urgent Care, serving patients of all ages

Clinic Details

    Hours of operation: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

    • \n
  • \n

    Last patient accepted at 8:00 PM to allow providers time to complete charting by 9:30 PM

    • \n
  • \n

    Open 7 days a week (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas; early closure at 6:00 PM on other major holidays)

    • \n

Qualifications

  • \n

    Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in California

    • \n
  • \n

    New graduates welcome ($85/hour)

    • \n
  • \n

    Experienced candidates, especially with 2–3 years of ER or urgent care background, encouraged to apply (up to $100/hour)
