\nYou’ll step into an outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages in a close-knit desert community on the southern shore of Lake Powell. This role allows you to practice evidence-based medicine while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and making a lasting difference in an underserved population.

\n • Four-day work week, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
\n • No call responsibilities
\n • Built-in administrative time
\n • Average patient volume of 15 or more per day
\n • Eligible for federal student loan repayment programs
\n • Practice in a scenic community near Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend
What makes you a great fit
\n • You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
\n • You hold an active Arizona license or the ability to obtain one
\n • You maintain a valid DEA registration and BLS certification
\n • You are passionate about serving underserved and culturally diverse communities
\n • You collaborate well with interdisciplinary care teams
\n • Two years of ambulatory care experience is preferred
\n • Multilingual skills in Navajo or Spanish are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
\n • Salary: $109,000 to $152,000
\n • $7,500 retention bonus at the beginning of the second year
\n • Relocation assistance available

\n • CME allowance of $2,000 annually with 40 hours of paid CME time
\n • 3 weeks of paid vacation plus sick leave
