Key Responsibilities- Provide 24-hour on-call coverage with minimal callbacks.
- Manage care for 1-3 newborns daily and up to 1 pediatric inpatient.
- Oversee Level I nursery operations.
- Conduct deliveries and handle complex cases by transferring them immediately.
- Board certification is mandatory.
- Current NRP and PALS certifications are required.
- Hospital privileges must be obtained.
- Engage in a supportive environment with a dedicated recruiter who manages all details.
- Access an online portal for assignment specifics and time tracking.
