Locums PA - Cardiovascular / Cardiothoracic Surgery Position in CA

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours per week
• Approximately 10 on-call days each month, including about 2 weekends
• Manage an average caseload of 270 cases annually
• Provide inpatient, intraoperative, and outpatient cardiothoracic care
• Perform procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, TAVR, and VATs

Qualifications

• Experience in open heart surgery is mandatory
• Clinical experience in a cardiothoracic ICU is preferred
• Possibility to transition into a permanent role

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $105.00 to $138.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
