Join Our Team as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

Become an integral part of our dynamic Urology team in Richland, Washington, where you will provide innovative care alongside three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of responsibilities, including emergency department call, assisting in the operating room, and working in an outpatient clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in emergency department call duties.
  • Assist in the operating room as a first assistant.
  • Provide care in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Engage in a rotating schedule that includes clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in Urology and the operating room is preferred.
  • Familiarity with robotics-assisted technology is advantageous.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday schedule with 36 hours dedicated to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates.
  • Annual compensation ranges from $138,712 to $184,404, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may be available.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, retirement plans, and relocation assistance.
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and access to expert student debt advice at no cost.
