Join Our Family Medicine Practice

We are excited to invite you to become a part of our dynamic family medicine team, which includes 7 physicians and 1 physician assistant. Our practice is thriving and offers a high patient volume right from the start.

Position Overview

This role focuses on traditional outpatient family medicine with minimal on-call responsibilities, limited to phone consultations on a 1 in 9 rotation.

Our clinic is conveniently located next to a regional referral teaching hospital, which boasts 342 beds and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Hospitals in the nation. This proximity provides easy access to a wide range of specialists, laboratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and various other healthcare services.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive Bonus Package: $150,000
  • Competitive Salary: A 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year, plus additional earnings potential.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible: Candidates must achieve board certification within three years of eligibility.

Qualifications

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited medical or osteopathic school and have completed a relevant residency program. Board certification or eligibility is required, along with the ability to secure medical staff privileges at our facility. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, as well as an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and a Federal DEA Certificate.
