Otolaryngology Physician (ENT)

\n\nAbout this role:
\nAs a Physician in Otolaryngology, you will work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will practice General ENT in a clinic setting alongside Audiology, Neurotology and Primary Care.

- This position includes astarting base salary of $515,000 per annum, $30,000sign-on bonus,up to $20,000in relocation assistance when applicable and additional compensation once on productivity \n
- You will practice at our Saratoga Springs ENT Clinic in Saratoga Springs, UT with privileges at American Fork, Utah Valley & Spanish Fork hospitals \n
- You will have 32 patient facing hours w/ 3 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR \n

\n\nWhat youll bring:
\n- \n
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine \n
- U.S. ACGME Residency training in Otolaryngology \n
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology \n
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one \n
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process \n
