- Deaconess Health System has 4 Radiation Oncology locations and 5 providers to allow for great collaboration and plan review. \n
Typical Weekly Expectations: consider weekly OR daily flow

- 48 new patient consultations \n
- 2540 follow-up or on-treatment visits \n
- 36 simulation approvals and treatment plans \n
- Participation in weekly tumor board \n
Daily Flow

- 12 new consults per day \n
- 48 follow-ups or on-treatment visits \n
- Protected time for contouring, planning, and chart review \n
- Optional HDR brachytherapy based on interest and experience \n
Technology & Scope of Practice

- Scope includes general radiation oncology with IMRT, with opportunities for SRS, SBRT, and HDR depending on physician interest and experience. Radiopharmaceutical experience a plus \n

Compensation & Benefits
\nA competitive employed compensation package is offered and will include:

24 month Guaranteed Base Salary: $700,000
\n - \n
Productivity-based bonus opportunity
\n - \n
Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 with a 5-year contract or $75,000 with a 3-year contract

Student Loan Assistance: $75,000

Residency Monthly Stipend: $2,000 for up to 24 months
