\nThe West Palm Beach VA Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our well-established and growing urology service. With an anticipated provider departure in early 2026 and a steadily expanding Veteran patient population, this is a timely opportunity to step into a high-impact role within the nation’s largest integrated healthcare system—the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
\nWe are recruiting to:

- Fill an upcoming vacancy on our main campus urology team, and \n
- Support an additional opening at our Vero Beach Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (approximately 2 hours north of West Palm Beach), with no required travel to the main medical center. \n

Your Role: Urologist
\nMajor Duties & Responsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions. \n
- Perform surgical procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and open surgeries. \n
- Conduct outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations. \n
- Participate in shared call rotation with the urology team. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical services to ensure coordinated care. \n
- Document care in the VA’s electronic medical record (CPRS). \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review. \n
- Supervise and teach residents and medical students, as applicable. \n
Work Schedule:
\n Full-time, Monday–Friday
\n Participation in call rotation is required.

Qualifications

- U.S. Citizenship \n
- MD or DO degree \n
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology \n
- Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state \n
