Responsibilities:

\n - Coordinates and supervises all functions of the clinical laboratory
\n - Responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining PAR
\n - Recognizes results or problems that require referral to the Pathologist
\n - Works on the bench when needed
