Nurse Practitioner for Concierge Primary Care Locum or Perm

\n Practice Description:\n

\n
• MUST BE TRULY BOARD CERTIFIED
\n
• Provider must have a good bedside manner & entrepreneur type work ethic
\n
• Would be open to New Grad’s on a case by case basis, but prefer experience
\n
• Able to work full time or part time
\n
• (Full time hours 7:30am to 8:30PM)
\n
• (Part time 7:30 am to 2:00PM or 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm)
\n
• 30 to 40 hours a week
\n
• No weekends
\n
• No Holidays
\n
• You are able to sign up for shifts 1 month in advance
\n
• They assign patients and appointment times using routing algorithms
\n
• CA, NJ, WA providers will have a MA accompany them, as well as​,​ pick them up every morning and drive them around to appointments.
\n
• Charting can be done on the drive in between appointments
\n
• Patients per day: 12-14 expectation is 2 per hour, however no rush as the patient experience is most important
\n
• You will have a supply office, and are required to be there if not seeing patients - this is not a flexible hour job!!!
\n
• EMR: Dr. Crono
\n
• Laptop and all supplies are issued
\n
• Must be able to work a computer and smartphone, as well as download documents, upload documents, text and email professionally and quickly
\n
• On site eRx testing and lab draws will be done
\n
• Also might be doing follow-up via telemedicine if needed
\n
• All appointments are booked online
\n
• All results are real time on a patient portal
\n
• 2 weeks to credential
\n
• This is paid by the hour, and NOT by the patient - the patient experience is most important
\n

Interview Process:\n
\n CV filtered and reviewed, than 40 minute phone interview, and then shadow a physician doing concierge medicine - than final decision made.\n
