Education:
\n- \n
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required) \n
- BSN from an accredited school (Preferred) \n
Licenses & Certifications:
\n- \n
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) — Required \n
- BLS from AHA — Required \n
- ACLS — Required \n
- National Certification in your specialty — Preferred \n
Experience:
\n- \n
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience — Required. \n
- Experience with computer data entry — Required. \n
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems — Preferred. \n
Must-Have Skills:
\n- \n
- A+ interpersonal and communication chops \n
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools. \n
- Calm under pressure — you know how to manage fast-paced situations and clinical emergencies like a pro. \n
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based \n
