This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
\n\n
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
\n· Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
\n· Patients per day: 18
\n· Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
\n· Scope: Outpatient Clinic
\n· State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified or truly Board Eligible and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
\n· Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
