Quick Facts Location: 1601 Creekside Loop, Yakima, WA 98902 Start Date: 06/18/2026 End Date: Open/end date TBD Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certifications: Active Washington state license preferred, BLS certification required Experience: Clinic practicum or equivalent experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application) Pay Schedule: Weekly via Direct Deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team for your success What You’ll Do Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments including pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for patients from birth through seniors Interpret test results and collaborate with physicians for follow-up care Make recommendations for medical referrals, hearing aids, and ear protection devices Perform hearing aid evaluations, fitting, and instructing patients on operation and maintenance Provide routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for hearing aids purchased through the clinic Educate patients on hearing health and device use, ensuring optimal patient outcomes What You Need Active Washington state license in Audiology (preferred) Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology (AuD preferred) with clinic practicum experience Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) Strong communication skills and empathy for patient care Ability to interpret test results and provide tailored recommendations About the Assignment Join a well-respected healthcare provider in Yakima, WA, dedicated to delivering quality audiological care.
