Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor -
\nRochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work 3PM-11PM and 11 PM - 7 AM, as well as Day Shift every other Weekend, for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior Long-term Care experience and excellent communication skills!

Duties:
\n- \n

Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unit
\n - \n
Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
\n - \n
Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career advice
\n - \n
Maintain the standards of care for the unit
\n - \n
Review of Resident records & quality of care
\n - \n
Monitor overall care & review individual Residents cases
\n - \n
Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
\n - \n
Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
\n
Requirements:

Must hold valid NYS RN License
\n - \n
2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
\n - \n
1-year Charge Nurse experience preferred
\n - \n
Excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of a group
\n - \n
Strong computer skills
\n - \n
Exceptional communication skills
