Registered Nurse Med-Surg Neuro in Florida

I'm hiring for a RN Med-Surg Neuro in Florida! There is a 10k sign-on bonus and potential for relocation assistance.

The RN Med-Surg Neuro will collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation; advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team; analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues; identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation; act as an advocate for patient safety; ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment; and educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Location: Near Destin, FL
\n Type: Full-time and permanent
\n Shift: 3x12s, 7a-7p
\n Requirements: College degree; FL RN license; BLS cert; at least 1 year prior experience
\n Pay: $27-$39/hr
\n Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
