Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate- $30.00 - $43.20

• Shift Differential $4.25 nights/ $3.00 for weekends

\n
• Sign-on Bonus – $15,000 for days / $25,000 for nights (paid over 2 years)

Responsibilities

\n
• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
\n
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
\n
• Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
\n
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
\n
• Act as an advocate for patient safety.
\n
• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
\n

Requirements

\n
• 1 year of recent (within last year) of Observation/Med-Surge Acute Care RN experience.\n
  \n
  • Open to candidates with ER RN experience
  \n
\n
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
\n
• Registered Nurse.
\n
• Bachelor’s Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
\n
• Florida RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. \n
  \n
  • If compact license held, active Florida RN license required within 90 days of hire.
  \n
