\nThe Work You’ll Be Doing
\nIn this hands-on role, you will:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and machining centers \n
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce downtime \n
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems \n
- Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to restore production \n
- Support general facility maintenance when required \n
- Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams \n
- Ensure machines are operating safely, efficiently, and at peak performance \n
- Lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs as needed \n

- Electrical control systems and industrial wiring \n
- PLC-controlled machinery \n
- Standard industrial diagnostic and test equipment \n
Controls & Technical Systems
\n- \n
- CNC machine control systems (various platforms) \n
- PLC systems and troubleshooting tools \n
- Electrical schematics and machine diagnostics \n
- Mechanical drive systems and hydraulics \n
What We’re Looking ForRequired
\n- \n
- 5+ years of CNC machine maintenance experience \n
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills \n
- Solid understanding of CNC machine operation and design \n
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems \n
- Experience working with PLC and CNC-controlled equipment \n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment \n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills \n
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship \n
Preferred

- Experience in precision machining or job shop environments \n
- Background in preventive maintenance programs \n
- Exposure to multi-axis CNC equipment \n
