Position Overview

CCS Construction is seeking experienced All-Around Plumbers to support multiple commercial and government construction projects at a Air Force Base. Candidates must have well-rounded commercial plumbing experience and be capable of performing installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a variety of plumbing systems.

This project offering $49.66 per hour and Per diem- $100 a day

Job Responsibilities

• Perform commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
\n
• Install and service domestic water, sanitary waste, vent, and storm drainage systems.
\n
• Install piping, valves, fixtures, supports, and related plumbing components.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and isometric diagrams.
\n
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and complete repairs efficiently.
\n
• Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
\n
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all OSHA and site safety requirements.
\n
• Work effectively with other trades and supervisors to meet project schedules.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
\n
• PL3-level experience required.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
\n
• Experience with commercial plumbing installations and service work.
\n
• Must be able to pass all required site onboarding requirements.
\n
• Strong communication skills in English.
\n
• Reliable transportation to the reporting location.
\n

Reporting & Onboarding

All candidates will:

\n
• Report to the Union Hall for dispatch.
\n
• Receive instructions to report to Air Force Base.
\n
• Complete all required on-site onboarding before beginning work.
\n

Schedule & Compensation

\n
• Pay: $49.66/hour
\n
• Per Diem- $100 a day
\n
• Schedule: Five 10-hour shifts plus one 8-hour shift every other week
\n
• Start Time: 7:00 AM
\n
• Long-term commercial work on a secure military installation.
\n
