Join Our Team as a Faculty Physician in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Our organization, in collaboration with a prominent medical school, is on the lookout for a full-time faculty physician who is enthusiastic about educating future healthcare professionals. As a vital member of the OB/GYN Department, the new faculty member will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues dedicated to enhancing access to healthcare at local, regional, and national levels.

Position Overview

The OB/GYN Department is seeking an academically inclined faculty member to become part of our core faculty team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in didactic instruction, journal discussions, clinical case conferences, and other educational activities for residents and medical students, as directed by the department and academic leadership.
  • Supporting the Department's missions in clinical care, research, and education.
  • Participating in the education and supervision of medical students and residents across various environments, including inpatient settings, Labor & Delivery, operating rooms, and outpatient clinics, along with direct patient care responsibilities.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria prior to their appointment:

  • Possession of an MD, DO, or MBBS degree.
  • Completion of a four-year residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Board Certification in OB/GYN (or Board-Eligible status).
  • An unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
  • A federally issued DEA license.

Note: Candidates may be onboarded as Board-Eligible with the understanding that they will achieve Board Certification at the earliest opportunity.
