Be the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Aspired to Be

Your impactful journey will involve:

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Acting as a vital link between administration, nursing management, and staff.
  • Overseeing nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or within a specific unit.
  • Monitoring and managing staff performance, including providing immediate feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline.
  • Taking on patient care responsibilities as needed and fostering meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.

Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
  • BLS certification, with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting the position.
  • CRRN certification to be acquired within a year of meeting eligibility criteria.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital environment (within the last five years).
  • Previous leadership experience, such as a charge nurse or in a lead role, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
