Our organization is in search of a board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN to become part of our team in either Irvine or Arcadia, California. This position is strictly daytime, with no overnight shifts, offering a predictable schedule and a supportive culture for both you and your patients. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training in fertility and IVF-related procedures alongside our exceptional embryology and clinical teams, meaning prior experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) is not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits- Salary: Ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 annually, based on experience.

Position Highlights- Daytime schedule only, with no nighttime on-call duties.

- Perform fertility and gynecological procedures, including oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Conduct thorough health evaluations, including assessments for prospective oocyte donors and gestational carriers.
- Engage in clinic webinars and marketing initiatives to strengthen patient relationships and expand the practice.
- Mentor and support clinic staff to cultivate a high-performance, compassionate care environment.

- Board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN.
