Specialty: Primary Care Can take ABIM or ABFM Coverage Needs: Need ASAP - Ongoing Open to Locums to Perm Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Open to a 4 day work week Setting: Outpatient facility Census: 18-25 pts per day Support Staff: 4 front desk, 3 MAs. Potentially 2 APPs Procedures: All bread and Butter primary care Board Certification: Board Certified Required Travel: Facility will cover Credentialing timeline: Will be able to start by Mid June Requirements: Active CT state license Active DEA in CT or willing to transfer BLS
