\n - Office is located at 2600 N. Detroit St. (S.R.9), LaGrange, IN 46761
\n - Hours of practice are: Monday Wednesday 8 a.m. 5 p.m. / Thursday Friday 7 a.m. 4 p.m.

Team consists of physician and nurse practitioners

Call schedule: County call rotation only for physicians
\n - The call center allows for a very light and manageable call with excellent work/life balance.
