What you will do:
\nInspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Electrical, Sprinkler or Suppression life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturers’ product lines.
\n\nHow you will do it
\nPerform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturer's product line.
\nAccurately discern and document deficiencies found during an inspection.
\nComplete Service Acknowledgement/inspections with proper coding through communicating devices, such as laptop computers, smartphones, and/or hardcopy.
\nFollow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.
\nMake minor repairs and programming changes to systems being inspected.
\nComplete assigned inspections on time
\nCarry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs and be capable of performing physical labor.
\nAssist foreman in the installation of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems.
\nPerform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment.
\n\nWhat we look for

4+ years of documented experience in sprinkler systems
\n - \n
RI Electrical License
\n - \n
Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, fire pumps, and foam systems
\n - \n
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs schematics and operational/product manuals.
\n - \n
Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage.
\n - \n
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
\n - \n
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
\n - \n
Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation, nights, and weekends to meet customer requirements.
\n - \n
Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
\n - \n
Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
\n - \n
Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
\n
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $30-45 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
