\n The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for assigned nursing units within the inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while supporting staff performance, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Nurse Supervisor serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and liaison between nursing staff and leadership, promoting excellence in rehabilitation nursing practice.\n

\n Key Requirements:\n

- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. \n
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position. \n
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements. \n
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. \n
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). \n
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results. \n

- DAY or NIGHT shift (12-hour shifts) \n
