- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to hospitalized patients by managing medical conditions and developing treatment plans \n
- Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations \n
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat medical conditions \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans \n
- Ensure seamless communication to support optimal patient outcomes \n
- Apply evidence-based practices and remain current with medical advancements and research \n
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction \n

- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM) \n
- Current medical licensure in the state of Missouri or eligibility for licensure \n
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills \n
- Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment \n
- Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends \n
