Practice Structure: Two partner doctors supported by an experienced team of pediatric dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff

Office Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Patient Ages: Infants through teenagers

Payor mix: Primarily private and commercial insurance (Delta Dental, BCBS), with some Medicaid
