\nWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional to provide exceptional care to the underserved and homeless population in a clinic environment. This is a full-time position with an ASAP start, and the coverage will continue until a permanent fill is found.

Responsibilities:
\n- Provide compassionate and comprehensive primary care services to patients on an outpatient basis
\n- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
\n- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments
\n- Educate patients on preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
\n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
\n- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
\n\n
Requirements:
\n- Valid NP/PA license in the state of Georgia
\n- Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care
\n- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n- Passion for public service and commitment to serving the underserved population
\n- Ability to handle a patient load of 10-12 patients per day
