- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff \n
- Practice high-quality small animal medicine and surgery \n
- Promote medical excellence and maintain AAHA standards of care \n
- Partner with hospital leadership to support hospital growth and strategic initiatives \n

- Support the professional development of associate veterinarians \n
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and patient care \n

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school \n
- Active (or eligible) Wisconsin veterinary license \n
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred \n
- Strong surgical and medical skills with an interest in continuing to grow surgical services \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities \n
