We are looking to add an Ophthalmology partner in our physician-owned, multi-specialty group due to upcoming retirements.

  • 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, Opticians and a tenured support staff

  • Outpatient office based, independent private practice setting
  • \n
  • Primarily adults, option to see children if desired

  • Monday - Friday
  • \n
  • 2 days of OR, 3 days of clinic with one of those days doing outreach at Hannibal location (20 minutes from Quincy)\n

    • Hannibal has no competition nearby and QMG is the leading providers for ophthalmology care in the area

  • Clinic conveniently located near the surgery center

  • Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone and no hospital call

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $1,000,000+.

  • MD or DO
  • \n
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (AB or AOA)

  • Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois
