\nFairview is seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Wyoming. Join our thriving practice that has strong community involvement since opening more than 20 years ago.
\n\nPractice Details:

- 16 provider primary carepractice including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. \n
- Patient encounters average 18-22patients per day. \n
- 34 patient contact hours per week. \n
- Call Frequency: approximately 1:20 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage \n
- Openings: 1.0 FTE Flexible schedule. \n
- As an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. \n
- Fully integratedElectronic Medical Record (EPIC). \n

\nRequired Qualifications
\n- \n
- Medical Doctorate degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) or foreign equivalent from an accredited school of medicine. \n
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME or AOA training program. \n
- Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. \n
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure \n
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. \n
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges. \n

$292,650 - $325,167 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
