Job Description
ATI is seeking Nationwide Field Service Techs to join their growing partner company.
\nResponsibilites:

- Travel nationwide to install, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge 12-volt electronic systems—think GPS, tire inflation monitors, refrigeration sensors, warehouse tech, and more. \n
- Utilize diagnostic computers and software for troubleshooting and configuration. \n
- Perform all work in accordance with standard operating procedures, engineering specifications, and safety protocols. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services performed using mobile computing devices and Microsoft Office tools. \n
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and project leaders to ensure clarity of expectations and resolution of issues. \n
- Independently manage service schedules and travel itineraries in coordination with dispatch or operations teams. \n
Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in 12-volt electronics, automotive, mechanical, or related technical work. \n
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. \n
- Comfort with frequent nationwide travel and overnight stays. \n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting. \n
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures precisely. \n
- Basic tech skills—Microsoft Office, mobile apps, digital documentation. \n
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds, stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, \n
- Perform physical tasks in varied environments and temperatures both indoors and outdoors. \n
- Preferred Skills Formal technical training or certification in automotive, electrical, or electronics repair. \n
- Prior field service or mobile installation experience. \n
- Previous experience with fleet technologies or warehouse automation systems. \n
