About the Role

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team in Wallingford, CT. This role covers everything from framing to finish carpentry, working with both steel and wood studs. You’ll be a key part of projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing framing and finish carpentry on commercial and residential construction sites
• Working with steel and wood studs to build strong, precise structures
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and project plans
• Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
• Ensuring all work complies with safety guidelines, including OSHA 10 requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in both commercial and residential carpentry
• Skilled in framing through finish carpentry
• Comfortable working with steel and wood stud framing
• Possession of your own tools
• OSHA 10 certification required
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
