Responsibilities\n

  • Perform routine and complex testing across core laboratory departments
  • \n
  • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with lab standards
  • \n
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
  • \n
  • Document and report results in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • \n
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent preferred/required depending on role)
  • \n
  • Hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred
  • \n
  • Strong generalist or core lab experience preferred
  • \n
  • Blood bank experience a plus for select positions
  • \n
  • Detail-oriented with strong technical and analytical skills
  • \n
