Our organization stands as the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwestern Washington, boasting over 1,500 physicians and more than 300 administrative professionals dedicated to serving over 615,000 members. Owned and operated by physicians, we offer competitive salaries that are not tied to individual service provision. Our medical group features board-certified specialists across more than 50 disciplines.

We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of our team in Portland, OR. While fellowship training in Body is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest and expertise in Body MRI, PET-CT, and/or Ultrasound. You will collaborate with a compassionate and integrated team of physicians, along with supportive clinical and administrative staff. Candidates should be adept at engaging with clinical colleagues, performing fluoro-guided procedures, presenting at conferences, and providing consultations efficiently.

What You Can Expect:
  • A balanced call schedule, with responsibilities shared equally among all Diagnostic Radiologists.

  • A hybrid work model featuring a 4-day work week, complemented by overnight call coverage from Nighthawk staff.

  • Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.

  • Potential for leadership roles within the medical group, if desired.

  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Minimum Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.

  • Fellowship in Body is preferred but not essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Body MRI, PET-CT, and/or Ultrasound.

Current Hiring Incentives for This Role:
  • Relocation allowance of up to $15,000.

  • Generous sign-on and retention bonus of $55,000.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $448,380 to $487,350, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other pertinent factors. In addition to the salary range, we provide a rich benefits package that significantly enhances the overall compensation.
