Neurologist (Kadlec Clinic)
Job Description
We are in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible neurologist, either general or fellowship-trained, who has a passion for headaches. This role involves establishing a Headache Clinic within our expanding Neuroscience Center, the only facility of its kind in the area, backed by a comprehensive and multidisciplinary health system. - Offering $75,000 in recruitment incentives
- Preference for candidates with a focus on headaches, though those with expertise in epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and general neurology are also welcome
- Flexible Monday to Friday schedule
- Outpatient role, with hospital-based responsibilities only during on-call shifts (1:5 rotation)
- An inpatient neurologist works bi-weekly, and we are in the process of hiring an additional one
- Eligible for a 2027 J1 waiver and H1-B sponsorship, with expert immigration support available
- Support from inpatient neurologists and clinic advanced practice clinicians
- 24/7 coverage from internal medicine hospitalists and intensivists

- $15,000 relocation assistance and $5,000 annual allowance for continuing medical education (CME)
- Annual compensation ranges from $333,221 to $427,487
- The stated compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses, as applicable. Additionally, CME benefits may be available to providers
