The North Health Plaza in Clinton is a multispecialty facility designed to provide the right care at the right time. In addition to primary care, we offer services in cardiology, nephrology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and pediatrics, along with lab and radiology services. Our primary care team consists of four physicians, five advanced practice providers, and a skilled clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring a busy practice with immediate patient volume.

Facility OverviewLocated on the bluffs of the Mississippi River, our community health system serves Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois, with approximately 50,000 patient admissions annually. We offer a wide range of services to meet the healthcare needs of our bi-state residents, operating two main campuses with 249 licensed beds.
In addition to traditional hospital services, we provide both inpatient and outpatient care for acute and chronic conditions.
