\nAbout the Opportunity
\nAugusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist Generalist to join our expanding Gastroenterology Practice located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. As a General Gastroenterologist, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.

Practice Setting: Outpatient, hospital-based, single-specialty group

Schedule: Enjoy a 4/10 work week for better work-life balance (3- ENDO 1-Clinic)
\n - \n
Call: No Call or weekends
\n - \n
Current Staff: 4 Physicians and 7 APP in practice
\n - \n
Clinical Volume: 14-16 ENDO cases per day; average annual wRVUs ~8,794
\n - \n
Endoscopy Center: 6 Procedure Suites and 18 private Patient Prep/Recovery Rooms
\n - \n
Outpatient Pavilion: Located a short walk from main hospital campus
\n - \n
Collaboration: Collegial Medica Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.

Qualifications

MD/DO with Board Certification in Gastroenterology
\n - \n
Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
\n - \n
Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings
\n
Salary Base - $592,988.00
\nPotential Incentive - $ 29,649.00
\nTotal 1st Year -$622,638.00
\nSign-on- $35,000 with 2 year commitment
\nRelocation - Up to $7500
