About the Role\n

Our community health center in Coatesville, PA is seeking a compassionate and reliable Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused clinical team. This role can begin immediately, with flexibility to choose a standard M–F schedule or four 10-hour shifts.

You’ll work closely with a mission-driven dental team serving patients of all ages and backgrounds, including underserved and multilingual communities.

Key Responsibilities\n

    Provide high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, screenings, and patient education.

    Accurately document findings in the electronic dental record.

    Collaborate with dentists and support staff to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care.

    Utilize translation devices to communicate effectively with non-English-speaking patients.

    Maintain a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Requirements\n

    Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain)

    CPR/BLS certification

    Experience in community health strongly preferred

    Comfortable using translation technology

    Strong communication and patient-relations skills
