Your Responsibilities

• Labor & Delivery Leadership:
  • Oversee births in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives while managing a high-acuity Labor & Delivery unit.
• OBED / Triage:
  • Assess all non-labor patients arriving at OBED triage and admit/manage unassigned patients as necessary.
• Surgical & Procedural Care:
  • Conduct GYN procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring efficient inpatient care.
• High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide care for high-risk antepartum patients.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN Physician.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

• Full-time equivalence of 13 shifts every 28 days.
• Compensation:
  • 1.0 FTE Day Shift: $400,000; 1.0 FTE Night Shift: $460,000.
  • Additional productivity bonuses available.
  • Sign-on bonus of $50,000.
  • Relocation assistance up to $20,000.
  • Residency stipend of up to $3,000 per month.
  • Forgivable loan of up to $200,000.
  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
