POSITION OVERVIEW:
A Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse is responsible for delivering care to children and adolescents facing life-threatening or high-acuity health issues that necessitate continuous monitoring. Operating within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a technologically advanced area dedicated to critically ill, medically complex, and/or post-surgical patients, this role also involves working closely with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to establish the most effective treatment and recovery plans.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU). A South Carolina State Healthcare Provider license is required or the willingness to obtain one.
Required Certifications:
This role may necessitate one or more of the following certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS.
