Position Overview: Pulmonary Critical Care Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join our dynamic team, which includes four physicians, three nurse practitioners, and two physician assistants. This role offers a collaborative environment within a busy practice.

Opportunity Highlights

This position encompasses a blend of inpatient, ICU, and outpatient responsibilities:

• Inpatient and outpatient care, supported by Advanced Practitioners for hospital and Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) needs, along with a Physician Assistant managing office patients.
• Diverse clinical cases in critical care, hospital consultations, pulmonary procedures, and outpatient pulmonary medicine.
• Opportunities for professional growth, including procedures and participation in a lung cancer screening program, with access to an ION robot.
• Shared on-call responsibilities.
• Full-time position.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• A salary guarantee of $487,500, transitioning to a base plus production model.
• A recruitment incentive of $120,000.
• A relocation allowance of up to $15,000.
• Four weeks of vacation plus six holidays.
• A Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and one week dedicated to CME.
• Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
• A 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions, along with an additional option for a 457(b) plan.
