Orthopaedic Surgeon - Foot & Ankle

Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.

We operate a bustling practice that includes over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons and 4 Physician Assistants, along with 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents currently in training. One resident is specifically assigned to the oncology rotation. Most surgical procedures will take place at our main medical center, with some cases handled at our East Campus, located just a mile away.

Loma Linda is distinguished as the only Blue Zone in the United States, offering a family-oriented atmosphere with a strong emphasis on health and wellness. Situated in Southern California between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, this area, known as the Inland Empire, is nestled at the base of the San Bernardino mountains. Residents enjoy easy access to beaches, skiing, hiking, and a wide range of outdoor activities. This expanding region boasts a low cost of living and excellent educational options, both public and private. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.

The anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $450,000 to $550,000.

This compensation range includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted according to experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment process.
