Quick Facts Location: Gettysburg, PA Start Date: 05/26/2026 End Date: 08/25/2026 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday (mix of hospital rounds, OR, clinic) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: PA or IMLC LOQ; DEA Experience: Minimum 3 years; new grads considered with clean file Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $443.43/hour Pay Package: Paid weekly via direct deposit Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Conduct hospital rounds, consultations, and perform ureteroscopies Provide general urology clinical care in a dedicated outpatient setting Assist with in-office procedures in a modern urology clinic Collaborate with a team of medical assistants, LPN, and administrative staff Participate in coverage for approximately six weeks each month Manage a patient volume of 40–70 patients daily Support occasional daytime hospital call for consults and follow-up What You Need Required: Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology PA or IMLC LOQ license in hand DEA certification Minimum of 3 years of professional Urology experience or recent grads with a clean file Preferred: Experience with ureteroscopies and general urology procedures About the Assignment This position is based in a well-equipped urology practice with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms, recently renovated to support excellent patient care. The role involves a mix of outpatient work, hospital consultations, and OR procedures, with no night or weekend call commitments, making it an ideal choice for physicians seeking a balanced schedule in a supportive environment.
