Bilingual Healthcare Consultant-{171482} Location: Hialeah, FL. MUST live in one of these zip codes: 33010, 33002, 33011, 33012, 33013, 33014, 33015, 33016, 33017, 33018 · Travel: 50% to 75% local travel for member visits (mileage reimbursed) Pay: $34.13/hr. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm. 4-6 weeks remote training (Microsoft Teams) Overview We are hiring a Healthcare Consultant/Case Management Coordinator to support Medicaid Long Term Care program members. This is a NON-NURSING work-from-home role with significant in-person member visits in the Hialeah area (homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes).
